Acrosser announced the most advanced rugged-compact industrial-grade edge PC- AIV-ADS7A1.

   

Acrosser Technology Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce that the AIV-ADS7A1 is a rugged and compact industrial-grade edge computer equipped with the latest 13th /12th Gen Intel® Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3 socket-type processor, featuring a performance hybrid architecture. This architecture combines Performance-cores and Efficient-cores into a single die with Intel® Thread Director, enabling IoT and edge computing use cases with up to 1.36 times faster in single-thread performance and up to 1.35 times faster in multi-thread performance compared to 10th Gen Intel® Core™ Processors. With up to 32 graphics execution units, it allows for a high degree of parallelization for AI workloads, combined with built-in AI acceleration from Intel® Deep Learning Boost (Intel® DL Boost) and the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit, achieving up to 2.81 times faster GPU image classification inference performance.

The AIV-ADS7A1 features a rich set of I/O interfaces, including 1 GigE LAN, 1 2.5GigE LAN, and 4 USB 3.2 for high-speed data transmission use or high-resolution camera use. To facilitate easier installation and maintenance of data, customers can easily remove the bottom cover to change storage devices or install 3rd party wireless modules. The AIV-ADS7A1 also provides 2 M.2 slots with 1 Nano-SIM slot to support Wi-Fi/4G/LTE/5G/GPRS/UMTS wireless networks and third-party I/O expansion modules, allowing users to have flexible expansion options.  The AIV-ADS7A1 provides power input ranging from 9Vdc to 32Vdc with power ignition on/off and over-voltage protection. It also includes a CANBUS communication port, offering flexibility, optimal power integration, and trusted reliability for in-vehicle computing, public security, and various Edge AI applications.

With Intel workstation-grade processor computing and dual NVIDIA® GeForce® GeForce® 3000 series graphics cards computing ability, the AAD-W480Bx Series could provide extremely powerful AI computing performance compared to traditional single GPU card embedded systems for AI training, inference applications, vision inspection, and surveillance. Additionally, the AAD-W480Bx Series features an in-vehicle power ignition design with a range of 9V to 55V power input, making it an ideal product for autonomous cars, ADAS, and AMR.   


 
Acrosser’s AAD-W480Bx series provides dual storage devices for data storage, backup, or data redundancy using Intel RAID software. It also provides one M.2 Key M Socket (2280) to install high-speed data transmitting NVMe SSD for use with the operating system. In addition, AAD-w480Bx Series provides 2 mini PCIe and 1 M.2 B key slots to install Wi-Fi/4G/LTE/5G/WiFi6 wireless network modules or expand 3rd party I/O ports.
